- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two donut pans with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, prepare the pancake mix according to the package instructions, stir gently until combined, then fold in the mini chocolate chips.
- Pour the pancake batter into a piping bag or zip-top bag for easier transfer to the donut pans.
- Pipe the batter into each donut cavity, filling them about halfway.
