Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.

  4. Remove from heat, quickly add cinnamon oil and optional food coloring. Stir vigorously.
  5. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, spreading evenly to about 1/4 inch thick.
  6. Allow to cool completely, about 30 minutes, then break into shards.
