Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil over medium-high heat for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Add 1 pound of diced chicken breast to the hot skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  3. Stir in 2 cups of shredded cabbage, 1 cup of grated carrots, and 3 sliced green onions. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic. Cook for 3-5 minutes.
  4. Pour in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of ground ginger. Mix well and heat through for 1-2 minutes.
