  • 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk About ½ can
  • 2 pcs Ripe Yellow Mangoes Cut into small cubes
For the Crunchy Layer
  • 64 cookies Biscoff Cookies Approx. 2 packs

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the ripe yellow mangoes and cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
  3. Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk into the whipped cream until smooth.
  4. Layer crushed Biscoff cookies at the bottom of the baking dish.
  5. Spread a third of the whipped cream mixture over the cookies followed by a third of the cubed mango.
  6. Repeat this process until the top is reached, finishing with a layer of whipped cream.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
