- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine brownie mix with required ingredients, pour into greased baking pan, and bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Allow brownies to cool completely before removing from the pan. Cut into squares or circles.
- Wash and dry strawberries. Place one on each brownie and secure with a dab of icing.
- Using a piping bag, pipe white icing around each strawberry to create a hat brim and add decorative swirls.
- Let icing set for 15-20 minutes before serving. Optionally refrigerate to speed up the setting.
