Cooking Steps
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather ingredients and prep your workstation.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, feta cheese, diced onion, minced garlic, and oregano. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing until well incorporated.
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Stand the peppers upright in a baking dish.
- Spoon the turkey filling into each pepper generously, packing tightly, and cover the baking dish with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 to 45 minutes, removing foil for the last 10 minutes to allow tops to brown.
- While baking, mix together yogurt, garlic paste, crumbled feta, shredded cucumber, lemon juice, and dill for tzatziki. Chill in the fridge.
- Once cooked, let the peppers cool for a few minutes, then top with tzatziki and garnish with fresh dill.
