Preparation Steps
  1. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Slice the brioche bread into thick pieces, about 1 inch, and layer them evenly in the prepared dish.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread slices, pressing down gently to soak.
  5. Cut the cream cheese into small chunks and dot it across the top of the bread mixture.
  6. Cover the baking dish tightly and refrigerate overnight.
  7. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) in the morning.
  8. Remove the cover and bake for about 45-50 minutes, until golden brown and puffy.
  9. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serve warm with toppings.
