  • 3 tbsp Hemp Seeds Can be substituted with flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup Almond Milk Unsweetened preferred
  • 2 tbsp Almond Butter Natural version without added sugars is best
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Agave syrup or honey can be used
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Vanilla paste can be used as an alternative
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon Fresh-ground for best flavor
For Toppings
  • 2 cups Blueberries Fresh and plump
  • 4 tbsp Pumpkin Seeds Can substitute with sunflower seeds or chopped nuts
  • 4 tbsp Greek Yogurt Unsweetened varieties are preferable, or use cottage cheese

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and wash the sweet potatoes. Place them on a lined baking tray and bake for 50–60 minutes.
  2. Cool the sweet potatoes for 10–15 minutes before peeling them carefully.
  3. In a mixing bowl, mash the sweet potato flesh with hemp seeds, almond milk, almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Use a hand mixer to whip the mixture for 2–3 minutes until fluffy.
  5. Divide the sweet potato base among bowls and top with blueberries, pumpkin seeds, and Greek yogurt.
  6. Serve warm, drizzling with maple syrup if desired.
