Cooking Steps
  1. Rinse the sushi rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the rice as per package instructions, typically about 20 minutes.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cooked rice with rice wine vinegar, sugar, and salt.
  4. Season the salmon fillets with soy sauce and cook in an air fryer or oven.
  5. Flake the cooked salmon and combine it with cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sriracha.
  6. Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare the baking dish.
  7. Spread the sushi rice in the baking dish and layer the salmon mixture on top.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes until the top is bubbling and golden.
  9. Add toppings of avocado, cucumber, and green onions before serving.
  10. Serve warm with nori sheets for scooping.
