  • 1 whole Lemon Sliced into rounds
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Parsley Chopped, for garnish

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Easy Mediterranean Baked Fish
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
  2. Place the white fish fillets into the greased baking dish and drizzle remaining olive oil over them. Season with salt, black pepper, oregano, and thyme.
  3. Scatter halved cherry tomatoes, sliced Kalamata olives, minced garlic, and slivers of red onion evenly over the fish.
  4. Slice the lemon into thin rounds and arrange them on top of the fish. Add red pepper flakes if desired.
  5. Bake uncovered for about 15–20 minutes until the fish is opaque and flaky.
  6. Carefully remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
