Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add ground beef, cooking until browned.
- Mix in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add tomato sauce and stir to combine.
- Scoop out the insides of zucchini halves and fill with the beef mixture.
- Top with shredded cheese.
- Place in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until zucchini is tender.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
