Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine your ground chicken, minced garlic, grated onion, chopped parsley, mint, dried oregano, crumbled feta cheese, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper. Use your hands to gently mix the ingredients until they are just combined.
  2. Once mixed, divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into a patty about ¾ inch thick. Refrigerate the patties for approximately 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Once the oil is shimmering, carefully place the patties in the skillet. Cook for 5–6 minutes on one side until golden brown before flipping.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, chopped fresh dill, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all the ingredients are well incorporated.
  5. Lightly toast the burger buns in the same skillet until golden brown.
  6. To assemble your Greek Chicken Burgers, spread a layer of tzatziki sauce on the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer with lettuce, place the cooked chicken patty on top, and finish with a slice of tomato.
