Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
  3. Scoop portions of cookie dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in sugar before placing them in the muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 14 minutes until puffed and set but not golden.
  5. Press an indent into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.
  6. Cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat until smooth.
  8. Fill each cooled cookie cup with the ganache, leaving space for decoration.
  9. Decorate each cup with a whole pastel M&M and two halves above it to mimic bunny ears.
  10. Allow the ganache to set for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.
