Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and lightly spray a mini muffin tin with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the cake mix and flour. Add melted butter, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
- Scoop portions of cookie dough and roll into balls. Roll each ball in sugar before placing them in the muffin tin.
- Bake for 14 minutes until puffed and set but not golden.
- Press an indent into the center of each cookie immediately after baking.
- Cool in the pan for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine white chocolate chips and heavy cream. Heat until smooth.
- Fill each cooled cookie cup with the ganache, leaving space for decoration.
- Decorate each cup with a whole pastel M&M and two halves above it to mimic bunny ears.
- Allow the ganache to set for 1 to 2 hours at room temperature.
