Method
 

Dressing Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ranch dressing, salsa, and minced cilantro until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.
Cooking Chicken
  1. Season chicken breasts with taco seasoning. Heat skillet with oil and butter, then cook chicken for about 4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Preparing Corn
  1. In the same skillet, add corn and sear for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly charred.
Prepping Salad Ingredients
  1. Wash and shred lettuce, dice tomatoes, slice avocado, prepare cheese, and chop green onions.
Assembling Salad
  1. Layer shredded lettuce, sliced chicken, diced tomatoes, cheese, charred corn, avocado, and green onions on a serving platter. Top with crushed tortilla chips.
