  • 2 breasts Chicken skinless
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil for moisture
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
For the Burrito Filling
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 2 whole Avocados
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
For the Wrap
  • 4 large Flour Tortillas
For the Crunch
  • 1 cup Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomatoes diced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro fresh, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the chicken breasts and season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Massage into the meat.
  3. Bake the chicken on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 20-25 minutes, until it reaches 165°F.
  4. Slice avocados, remove pits, and mash in a bowl with lime juice.
  5. Mix ranch dressing with sour cream until smooth.
  6. Shred the cooked chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  7. Warm tortillas in the microwave or skillet for easy rolling.
  8. Spread ranch-sour cream mixture on each tortilla, then add chicken, avocado, and cheeses.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomatoes, and cilantro.
  10. Roll the burritos and optionally crisp them in a skillet for 2-3 minutes per side.
  11. Serve warm with extra ranch dressing on the side.
