Method
 

Baking Instructions

  5. Fold mashed bananas, beaten eggs, and melted butter into cream cheese mixture.
  6. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, folding in carefully.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
  8. Bake for approximately 45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  9. Cool in the pan for a few minutes before serving with powdered sugar.
