Method
 

Making the Brownies
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt 1 cup of butter in a saucepan over low heat.
  3. Add 1 cup granulated sugar and 1 cup brown sugar to the melted butter and mix until smooth.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool slightly, then beat in 2 eggs and 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract.
  5. Sift in 1 cup of flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt, then fold together.
  6. Stir in 1 cup of chocolate chips until evenly distributed.
  7. Pour brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes.
  8. Let the brownies cool in the pan for about 10 minutes.
  9. Melt 1 cup of chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and spread over the brownies.
  10. Melt 1/2 cup of white chocolate, mix with gel food coloring, and drizzle over brownies. Decorate with sprinkles.
  11. Chill the brownies for about 30 minutes, then slice into squares.
