- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped brisket, diced jalapeños, and chopped green onions. Mix until smooth.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper flat. Place a spoonful of filling in the center. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold in the sides, and roll up tightly. Seal edges with a dab of water.
- Pour oil into a deep pan and heat to 350°F. Drop in a small piece of bread to test the oil.
- Add 3-4 egg rolls to the hot oil and fry for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Turn occasionally.
- Remove egg rolls with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Drizzle with honey before serving warm.
