  1. Place the chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to ½ inch thickness. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Set up the breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and Panko mixed with garlic and onion powder. Dredge chicken in flour, then dip in eggs, and coat with Panko.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high. Fry chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
