Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the salmon fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels to achieve a crispy skin.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together honey, low-sodium soy sauce, and minced garlic until well combined.
  3. Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil. Allow the oil to heat until shimmering.
  4. Carefully place the salmon fillets skin-side down into the skillet and cook undisturbed for about 4 minutes.
  5. Gently flip the salmon fillets over and brush half of the prepared glaze over the tops.
  6. Continue cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the salmon flakes easily and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  7. Drizzle the remaining glaze over the cooked salmon.
  8. Transfer to serving plates and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
