Method
 

Step 1: Prepare Chicken
  1. Thinly slice chicken breasts into cutlets. Whisk together an egg, splash of milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set up a second bowl with breadcrumbs and panko. Dip each cutlet into egg mixture, coat with breadcrumbs, and fry in heated vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 2: Make Garlic Butter Bread
  1. Mix melted salted butter, mayonnaise, minced garlic, parsley, and Parmesan cheese until smooth. Spread garlic butter mixture on hoagie rolls or baguette, toast in oven at 450°F for 3-4 minutes or until golden.
Step 3: Prepare Dressing
  1. Whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream or Greek yogurt, Parmesan, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4: Assemble Sandwiches
  1. Layer chicken cutlets on toasted garlic butter bread, spoon chopped romaine lettuce tossed in Caesar dressing over chicken, and top with the other half of the bread.
