  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice until smooth. Set aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine salmon pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Place salmon bites in a single layer and air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
