- In a medium bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, garlic powder, and smoked paprika until well combined.
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels and rub the honey mustard glaze all over, including under the skin.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 3 minutes.
- Lightly oil the air fryer basket and place the marinated chicken thighs skin-side up in a single layer.
- Air fry the chicken thighs at 400°F for 14-16 minutes, checking for an internal temperature of 165°F.
