  1. In a medium bowl, mix together ketchup, brown sugar, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Place chicken thighs in a resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over, seal, and let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
