Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Clean the mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel. Slice into even pieces.
  2. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add crushed garlic, oregano, and chili flakes. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of cream and 1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice. Cook for 3-5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Gradually stir in ½ cup of grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper and toss in 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley before serving.
