Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Boil a large pot of salted water and cook pasta until al dente, about 9-11 minutes. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and toss with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. In the same skillet, add butter and sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, add Parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes, then simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Combine cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce, tossing gently. Add reserved pasta water if sauce is too thick.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve immediately.
