- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cole slaw mix, chopped apple, dried cranberries, chopped pecans, and sliced green onions. Toss gently using tongs.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and a pinch of pepper until smooth.
- Pour three-quarters of the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss thoroughly until coated.
