Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Finely shred about 4 cups of cabbage and place it in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of honey, and 2 tablespoons of vinegar until smooth.
  3. Add 2 diced fresh apples and 1 cup of dried cranberries to the cabbage and stir gently to combine.
  4. Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss everything together until well coated.
  5. Chill the coleslaw in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
