Preparation Steps
  1. Gather all your ingredients: one fresh lemon, a piece of ginger, 1 cup of coconut water, a tablespoon of honey, and a bag of mint tea.
  2. In a blender, combine the lemon, chopped ginger, coconut water, and honey. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 4 hours.
  4. Brew your mint tea by boiling water and steeping the mint tea bag for 5 minutes.
  5. Add two frozen Medicine Ball cubes to your brewed mint tea, stirring gently.
  6. Taste your beverage and adjust sweetness with more honey or lemon juice if desired.
