- Combine 1 cup of whole milk and 1-2 tablespoons of loose black tea leaves in a small pot. Gently heat over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring. Then whisk in 2 tablespoons of brown sugar and a pinch of kosher salt until dissolved.
