  • 1 teaspoon Honey or agave syrup for vegan option
For the Slaw
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt can replace with sour cream
  • 2 cups Shredded Cabbage consider coleslaw mix or greens
For Assembling
  • 8 pieces Tortillas use corn for gluten-free option
  • 1 medium Avocado or guacamole as substitute

Marinate and Assemble
  1. In a medium bowl, combine salt, black pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, olive oil, lime zest, lime juice, honey, and half the chopped cilantro. Add the shrimp and toss to coat in the marinade. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.

  2. In another bowl, mix the remaining cilantro, shredded cabbage, Greek yogurt, and lime juice until well combined. Chill the slaw in the refrigerator.
