  • 4 cups Cold Water split into two parts
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Agave Syrup to taste
  • 1 lime Lime Juice freshly squeezed
For the Garnish
  • 1 bunch Fresh Mint Leaves

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Cherries: Rinse cherries under cold water, remove stems and pit them for a smooth drink.
  2. Blend the Cherry Mixture: Blend pitted cherries with 2 cups of cold water on high speed for 30 seconds.
  3. Strain the Cherry Puree: Strain the mixture into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer.
  4. Mix the Drink: Add 2 cups of cold water and lime juice to the pitcher; stir in honey or agave.
  5. Adjust the Sweetness: Taste and adjust sweetness with more honey or agave syrup as needed.
  6. Serve and Garnish: Serve over ice with fresh mint leaves on top.
