- In a medium jar, combine tahini, tamari, rice vinegar, maple syrup, sesame oil, and minced garlic. Mix until smooth and creamy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Chop the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large mixing bowl along with shredded carrots.
- Shred the rotisserie chicken into bite-sized pieces and add it to the bowl with cabbage and carrots.
- Finely chop the green onions and cilantro, then add them to the mixing bowl along with the roasted cashews.
- Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss until well coated.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to two days.
