Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the fresh Brussels sprouts, remove any discolored parts, and slice them in half. Set aside while preheating the oven.
  2. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) for roasting.
  3. Grease a 13x9 baking dish with a mixture of Boursin cheese and olive oil.
  4. Press the halved Brussels sprouts into the cheese and oil mixture cut-side up.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
  6. Bake for 28-30 minutes until tender with crispy edges.
  7. Let cool for 5-10 minutes, then drizzle spicy honey before serving.
