Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Roll the dough out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, mixed vegetables, cream cheese, chopped parsley, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Spread the filling evenly across the rolled dough, leaving a small border. Roll the dough tightly and cut into 8 equal pieces.
  7. Brush the tops of the cut rolls with melted butter and place seam-side down on a greased baking sheet.
  8. Bake the rolls for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and the cheese filling is bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving warm.
