- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. Gradually pour in warm water and olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
- Transfer the dough onto a floured surface and knead it for 3-4 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Roll the dough out into a rectangle about ¼ inch thick.
- In a separate bowl, combine shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, mixed vegetables, cream cheese, chopped parsley, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly.
