Ingredients

For the Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded) Using rotisserie chicken saves time.
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce Adjust to your preferred heat level.
  • 4 oz cream cheese Can substitute Neufchâtel cheese for fewer calories.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese Try Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack for more zing.
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning mix (optional) Feel free to use a homemade blend.
  • 1 tsp garlic powder Fresh garlic can work too but use it sparingly.
  • 1/2 tsp salt Adjust according to taste preferences.
For Wrapping and Dipping
  • 10 pieces egg roll wrappers Spring roll wrappers can be an alternative.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Perfect for dipping.
  • 1/4 cup extra buffalo wing sauce For enhanced dipping flavor.
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional) Brightens up the plate.

Equipment

  • Air Fryer
  • Mixing bowls
  • Baking sheet

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cooked chicken with buffalo wing sauce, ensuring the chicken is well-coated.
  2. In another bowl, blend together the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt until smooth.
  3. For a quick dipping sauce, mix ranch dressing with a splash of buffalo wing sauce in a separate bowl.
  4. Take an egg roll wrapper and lay it on a clean, dry surface. Spread about 1 tablespoon of the creamy cheese mixture on the wrapper.
  5. Carefully fold the bottom edge of the wrapper over the filling, then tuck in the sides and roll tightly to seal.
  6. Place the prepared Buffalo Chicken Egg Rolls in an air fryer basket, making sure they don’t touch. Lightly spray the rolls with nonstick spray and set the air fryer to 390°F.
  7. Once the egg rolls are a delightful golden brown, carefully remove them from the air fryer and allow them to cool slightly before serving.
