- Preheat the broiler to high, adjusting the oven rack to 5-6 inches from the broiler element.
- In a shallow dish, whisk together Thai sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and freshly grated ginger. Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for later use.
- Add the salmon fillets skin side up into the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Place the marinated salmon fillets skin side down.
- Drizzle the salmon with reserved marinade and broil for about 6-10 minutes, until browned and nearly opaque in the center.
- Transfer the salmon to a serving platter, pour reserved sauce over, and garnish with scallions. Serve immediately.
