Step-by-Step Instructions for Brie and Cranberry Bites
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Cut the chilled brie cheese into 24 equal cubes, keeping the rind intact, then refrigerate them.
- Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle measuring about 10x15 inches and cut it into 24 squares.
- Press each pastry square into the cups of a mini muffin tin.
- Fill each pastry cup with a cube of brie and half to one teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Add optional nuts if using.
- Whisk together the egg and water to create an egg wash, then brush the edges of each pastry.
