Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Spice Mix by combining salt, onion powder, black pepper, dried oregano, smoked paprika, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  2. Make the Crispy Chips by washing and thinly slicing the potatoes, then drying them thoroughly.
  3. Cook the Chips in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Cook the Beef in a skillet with olive oil, and add remaining spice mix until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Prepare the Burger Sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, Dijon mustard, and pickle juice in a small bowl.
  6. Assemble the Bowls starting with crispy chips, then add beef, shredded lettuce, cheese, and drizzle with sauce.
