- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) or 200°C (390°F) for electric non-fan-forced model.
- Unroll your store-bought puff pastry sheets on a clean surface and drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey over each sheet.
- Sprinkle walnuts, crumbled blue cheese, and grated Parmesan evenly across each pastry sheet, followed by thyme, sea salt, and cracked pepper.
- Roll each pastry sheet into a log shape and cut the log into halves lengthwise.
- Twist each half along its length and shape into coils on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush tops with milk.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, and garnish with fresh thyme before serving warm.
