Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the Special Sauce: In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, dill pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Whisk until smooth, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened. Add lean ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Season with salt and pepper. Brown for 6-8 minutes, then drain excess grease.
