Step-by-Step Instructions for Banh Mi Meatballs
  1. Preheat a 12-inch cast iron skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Gather the pork meatballs and prepare for cooking.
  2. Add the pork meatballs to the hot skillet and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, turning occasionally for even browning.
  3. In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, low-sodium teriyaki sauce, and fish sauce until well blended.
  4. Pour the sauce mixture over the browned meatballs, cover, and reduce heat to low. Simmer for about 10 minutes.
  5. For a thicker sauce, remove the lid and increase heat to medium. Stir occasionally for about 3 to 5 minutes.
