  1. Pat the Ahi tuna steaks dry using paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  3. Preheat your grill or a cast-iron pan on high heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Remove the Ahi tuna steaks from the marinade and pat them dry again. Coat both sides with everything bagel seasoning.
  5. Add a drizzle of neutral oil to the hot cast-iron pan and carefully place the tuna steaks in the pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes on each side.
