Cooking Steps
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F (182°C) for about 5 minutes.

  3. Shape the mixture into four patties, about ¾ inch thick, with a slight indentation in the center.
  4. Arrange the patties in the air fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch.
  5. Air fry the hamburgers for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they reach 160°F (71°C).
  6. If desired, add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
  7. Toast hamburger buns in the air fryer for 2-3 minutes at the same temperature if desired.
  8. Allow burgers to rest for a couple of minutes before assembling with toasted buns and toppings.
